Who we are

SPORTIFYME is an AI service for creating images and copy for sports brands. The operator is the owner of this site. For privacy questions, use the contact email listed on the site.

Data we collect

Account: name, email and password (the password is stored encrypted by the auth provider). Brand: name, product categories, audience, tone and description. Content: prompts, uploaded product images and generated results. Payments: Stripe handles cards — we do not store card numbers. Technical data: IP address, language, device type and basic logs for security.

How we use data

We use data to provide your account, subscription, credits and generation; to personalize AI to your brand; to send essential account messages; and to protect the service from abuse.

AI processing

Prompts, brand descriptions and uploaded images are sent to AI providers (OpenAI for text, Google Gemini for images) solely to fulfill your request. We do not use your content to advertise to third parties.

Payments

Subscriptions run through Stripe. Stripe receives the data needed to charge you. We store subscription status and a customer identifier so we can assign your plan and credits.

Storage and security

Data is stored with trusted providers (including Supabase for the database and storage). Access is limited and protected by authentication. No online service is risk-free; we use reasonable safeguards.

Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your data, and an export of your account data. Write to the contact email. You can also close your account and cancel your subscription in settings.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for login and session, plus local storage for language (ME/EN). The account cannot work without these cookies.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest change. Continued use after a change means you accept the new version.
