These terms govern use of the SPORTIFYME platform. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
SPORTIFYME lets you generate images and social copy with AI models. Results depend on your prompt, uploads and third-party availability. We do not guarantee a specific look for every image or caption.
Account
You are responsible for accurate details, keeping your password safe and all activity on the account. The service is intended for adults and registered businesses. Do not share access or impersonate others.
Subscription and credits
Features require a subscription and credit balance. Text uses 1 credit, an image 20 credits. Unused credits are not paid out in cash. Prices are in EUR and shown on the pricing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
Acceptable use
Do not generate illegal, abusive, deceptive or infringing content; bypass limits; or use the service for malware, fraud or others’ rights violations. We may suspend an account in case of abuse.
Intellectual property
The SPORTIFYME platform, design and mark remain ours. You keep rights to material you upload. You receive the right to use generated content for your brand and marketing, subject to these terms and the AI providers’ rules.
Uploaded content
You confirm you have the right to use images and text you send (products, logo, descriptions). Do not upload others’ photos or brands without permission.
Liability
The service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for AI-provider outages, data loss outside reasonable control, or business loss from content you publish. Liability is limited to subscription fees paid in the previous 12 months, to the extent the law allows.
Cancellation and changes
You may cancel in settings. We may change features, prices (with notice) and these terms. The date at the top shows the latest update.
